If you are seriously wanting to lose weight, your only choice is which flavour Formula 1 you would like to try.
There are five delicious flavours:-

Formula 1 is a Nutritional Shake Mix. It can be mixed in milk or like in my own case, I can't take milk so I mix it with fruit juice.

If you have a Debit or Credit Card by clicking on 'Add To Basket' you will be taken through to PayPal. If you have a PayPal Account you will just need to put in your details and you will be shown a statement with details of your Purchase. You may then either go ahead with the order or cancel it.

I have a Debit / Credit card but I don't have a PayPal Account. What do I do now?

You can open a PayPal Account providing you have an Email Account. It only takes a few minutes; once you have joined keep your details safe, you won't have to join again.
You may then order as soon as you have responded to the Confirmation Email you will receive from PayPal.

I have a Debit / Credit Card, but I don't want to pay through PayPal. How else can I pay you?
You don't have to do anything you don't feel happy about doing.
You can Email me on evam3_917@hotmail.com and give me your Debit / Credit Card details. But I will tell you now, I hope you won't choose this option as I haven't got full confidence in the confidentiality of Emails.
Better choice would be to phone me on 0161 740 0353 and give me your Debit / Credit Card details. Tell me what you are ordering and within half an hour I will phone you back and tell you your card has been accepted and your order will be sent to you.

I don't have a Debit / Credit Card How Can I Pay You?
